Servicing / Repairs

Emergency breakdown repairs can be carried out on your site with our engineers being dispatched promptly.

On site preventative maintenance and servicing can also be carried out on your site. You do not even have to remember to call us and book it in because once you become a client of ours we automatically include all your servicing needs into our bespoke computer system. Our computer system keeps track of required service schedules to comply with all current regulations. Full workshop facilities enabling major repairs and complete rebuilds of customers own trucks.

Service Department

Service calls are logged when received and an accurate time will be given to you of when you can expect one of our engineers to be with you and an estimated time of completion.

When receiving a service call for a breakdown we will act on it promptly and endeavour to be on site within 2 hours.

Planned Repairs

Having received an order number, we will again liaise with the customer and carry out repairs at a time convenient to the customer, during normal working hours. Repairs can be carried out at other times at an additional cost.

Repairs Not Quoted For

These are charged on a time and materials basis. However, where possible we will give the customer an estimated cost of repairs, any materials used will be discounted where possible.
