• Servicing a client base in the East/West Midlands
• Undertake the repair of MHE whilst detecting and diagnosing any additional faults
• Ensuring that all work is completed safely and to the client’s complete satisfaction
• Fixing and servicing other related material handling, floor care and access equipment
• Travel further afield as and when required
• Ensuring excellent customer service and representing the company in the right way
• Attending further development courses as and when required

Requirements

The company would prefer an individual from a forklift truck background due to the requirements of the role. You will ideally have worked with materials handling products before with a strong technical knowledge of the various brands and models. However, the company are open to considering candidates from other backgrounds including plant, powered access or automotive. You will have the ability to work independently and within a team, hold good communication skills, work to a high standard, be able to work to timescales as required and have excellent customer facing skills.
